1. Where we deliver
Before an order is accepted, our system confirms that the destination falls within one of the two regions we currently serve:
Peninsular Malaysia, covering every state on the peninsula without exception.
East Malaysia, comprising both Sabah and Sarawak.
2. How we process an order once it is placed
Once payment is confirmed, the order enters our processing queue and moves through the following steps:
Preparation of the order, which takes between 1–3 business days, counting only weekdays and excluding public holidays.
Dispatch to our courier partner, at which point a confirmation email containing your tracking information is sent to the address on file.
3. How your order travels to you
We do not, at this time, offer an overnight or next-day service; every order instead follows the standard delivery window set out for its destination in the table below.
These windows are our standard operating estimate rather than a guarantee, since courier scheduling, public holidays, and severe weather can each extend the time a parcel is in transit.
4. What delivery costs
Our standard procedure applies free shipping to every eligible order, though a small number of orders fall outside that standard:
Bulk and specialised promotional orders are handled as an exception, with their shipping fee calculated at checkout according to total weight and destination.
5. How to follow your parcel
Once your order has been handed to the courier, we issue a tracking number together with a direct link by email or SMS, so that its progress can be followed in real time.
